Sophie and Connor’s Interview Questions
Sophie put together interview questions to ask her mom and Connor about how they feel about her dad having FTD. She wants to share them with you. She says it helped her talk about feelings with her family and it made her realize that both her mom and brother have some of the same worries and fears that she does.
You can print out the questionnaire and use it to interview your own family members. You can ask all the questions or just ask a few or you can even make up new questions of your own!
